The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the interiors were charming and full of character. They also left a small box of chocolates as a welcome gift, which was a very considerate and lovely touch. I honestly don’t understand why the hotel has only two stars, as the overall experience felt much better than that.
The breakfast was rather mediocre. The room did not have a minibar, and the location was a little far from the city center.

It was a charming hotel, great value for money. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great and the room service was also good and with a reasonable price.
It was a bit far from city center (Plaça de Catalunya) to go on foot (30-35 minutes), but there was a metro station nearby.

The staff was super friendly and went above & beyond to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The beds were comfy too.
The room overall could have been cleaner. Some of the furniture was dated and dingy. The outside 'lounge' area was next to a parking lot & construction. As well, the room next door to me was under construction & noisy drill machines during the day.
Based on online photos, I was expecting a higher standard. I would not have paid the amount I was charged for that room.
