This was a cute and unique spot. The facility was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the helpful staff. The coffee was good, just not quite as plentiful as I'd have preferred. Breakfast was interesting, as it was served pre-plated when we came down for it. It was good. It was just a different system than what we had encountered before, but it seemed to work well. We would return if we went back to Ulaanbaatar.
The location was ok, but it was a bit hard to find on foot during our walk. Obviously, we weren't the only ones, since we went around the wrong fence. A lady directed us to the next one, so she must be used to tourists stumbling onto the wrong spot. No biggie

It’s a whole apartment to yourself, cozy and functional! The cat was a plus as well

Excellent value for money. The staff were great - we arrived at 3am (off a flight) and someone was there to meet us and sort out our room. The place is no frills but was clean, nicely furnished and the bed comfortable. En-suite shower room was appreciated. There was a fridge and a hairdryer. Breakfast ok.
Room was on the small side. Not very centrally located but not too much of a problem.

Lovely staff and spacious room.
As others have said, they didn’t turn the heating on even though it was sub-zero outside. Although we had sufficient blankets, the room was cold and damp. It was not comfortable
