Appartamento in posizione stupenda per visitare e godersi la città, a poca distanza dalla piazza centrale e con tutti i servizi vicini. L'appartamento ha 2 camere da letto comode, 2 bagni e cucina dotata di tutti in comfort necessari. Struttura pulita e ben arredata.
Le tende nelle docce sono scomode e poco funzionali. Un box doccia sarebbe più consono per il tipo di appartamento Ogni tanto si sentiva odore di fogna provenire dai bagni.
Sono ancora in attesa della comunicazione che la caparra sia liberata e i tempi mi sembrano eccessivamente lunghi

Good location. Close to the metro and bus stops. Easy to get everywhere
-Sofa is bad. Pillows falling apart. Didnt sleep on it
-In the kitchen there wasn't even salt or sugar. This is the first apartments in our travel life with an empty kitchen . I dont ask much , but for the tourists isnt very comfortable to buy 1 litr of oil and a box of tee , just to cook 1 breackfast)
-There also was a problem with the toilet. The water didnt drawn into the tank. 1 time it works , next time no.
The owner said that technic man will fix it , but after it was the same.
- veeeery loud in the house.
I heard my kids talking even when went out for delivery pick up.
And when neighbors come back home at night))))

Location was good for city center, shopping and Metro.
Property was clean but could do with some TLC and maintenance, Showers too small making it impossible to shower without getting wrapped in the curtain.

The location was amazing! Short walk to all shops, restaurants, and all forms of transportation (bus, metro etc.)
The tenant did not provide toiletries including body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. It should have been noted that these items were not going to be included upon arrival to better prepare ourselves for our stay.

Nice quiet, central location.
Having to walk (with luggage) to another building to collect the keys at 10pm with no directions (photos would have been useful). Slow responses to messages, sometimes didn't respond at all.

showers need attention lovely but wet wet floors consider putting door on them. need clean toilet brushes in each bathroom. I had top bedroom wardrobe and draws were full of sheets and towels so no where to store clothes

The flat location is great! Wi-Fi works without an issues.
The walls are really thin and the doors need replacement. We could clearly hear our neighbours.

The location is outstanding, in the city centre and within easy walking distance to attractions and transport routes. The apartment is very nice and fully equipped, located in a quiet side street. It looks very much like the photos, though smaller in reality (and probably less than the claimed 700 sq ft).
Singular Stays is a business operation which relies heavily on automatic messaging. 4 days before arrival I got a text from an unidentified sender asking me to click on a link to pay a sum of money. I didn't recognise the amount and deleted the text (it was in fact the cost of our accommodation plus a 200€ deposit). Later the same day I got an email requesting payment, this time recognisably from Singular Stays. I paid it, but received no acknowledgement of payment. I then got a message requiring me to check in, on an online form which showed that my payment had not been received. I was understandably concerned that my payment had gone to the wrong place, and contacted them twice to query this (by email and WhatsApp message) but they didn't reply. The day before arrival, still not having checked in, I phoned them and they confirmed receipt of my payment. But it's clear their system is not user friendly and needs more hands-on from their side. I offer this as constructive feedback as it is really in their interests to improve their interface with the "customer".

Location is great for old town ,very quiet neighbourhood. Apartment very clean and wifi and air conditioning worked well.
perfect for walking to most historic sites and 10 minute walk to bus to beach and metro.
Communication from Singular stays was very good prior to travelling but a little hard to get through when arrived as office busy asked to send e mail. However we did get keys earlier and the staff were excellent
