Woman at the front desk on morning of checkout wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was slow.

The pool was clean & had nice seating for those not swimming. The pool table, and other games available was nice for kids too. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good & well maintained.

Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Clean facility, we liked that there was not any carpet on the floor in our room and no shower curtain = less germs. Large television monitor. Hallway room doors closed quietly. Above average breakfast.

Perhaps slightly less charge for our stay.

My current favorite hotel chain. Everyone is always nice and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. This particular trip, the team went the extra mile and was able to get my dad a shower chair for his room even though it wasn't an accessible room. I'm very grateful for the extra effort they put in to make sure he had what he needed for his stay.

The shower was amazing I loved that the TV said "hello Natalie " Jatania was exceptional

Good value for a short stay

Fairly convenient, even for late arrival. The shower had 3 shower heads, very different in a good way.

The room could’ve been a bit bigger. Breakfast is very standard hotel quality.

Staff was very friendly! Common areas were great.

Rooms were small, lacked storage, and walls were very thin. Neighbors had a baby who cried a lot.

Room was nice and clean. Loved that the bed was made each day. The breakfast was not very good at all. The bread served was extremely stale and the only choice was bagels or English muffins. No donuts or toast. The staff was very distracted on their phones or talking to each other. They rarely acknowledged their customers. I liked this place overall but the staff needs more training in customer service.
