Location is ok

Old, not clean, not flexible

Clean place with fair price. Good lokation not far from Colombo Fort Railway Station.

Sometimes water is not really hot in the morging.

The way they treated very bad. My daughter given all the details and accepted to take the amount from her bank from United Kingdom. But at the reception the manager was treated me very bad as we haven't paid the money. They asked us to pay at the reception and we paid Rs 33000 at the reception. They were made us uncomfortable and embrased us infornt of others. Also we were struggling to have a dinner as we paid cash in hand We were speaking tamil which is official language in srilanka. But they asked as we dont know any right language to speak to them. They should have organised some one to communicate with us simply. Please let us know if there any complaint procedures. Because its come under racism act. We have booked through you and given the bank details to get that payment details. Why they have forced us to give the amount at the receptions? Please let us know your reply Thank you

Good location. Staff were great--Kamal was so kind and helpful.

Ants everywhere. All over and in the bed, walls, everything. I barely slept as I kept being woken up by ants crawling on my face and body. Hair on sheets when I got there, shower was not clean. The manager asked why I didn't go to the front desk at midnight and ask to change rooms ...I did not want to move everything and make my friend move in the middle of the night. It was a 3 bed room, but was two beds pushed together and a 3rd oddly placed at the end of the others making the room very cramped and hard to move in. Luckily the third person did not end up coming with me as I would have been very uncomfortable having to basically share a bed with someone.

Great hotel in the center with affordable price. I recommend it. It has also balcony. Breakfast was also good which was included with Sri Lanka fruits. I asked for earlier check in and they accepted my request. Also after check out we kept our luggage there too and in the afternoon we took it back and headed to next city.

in the morning about 10 AM they asked will you check out which in my opinion it is better not to ask cause if guest have plan to stay more he will inform in advance and even if he stayed more he will pay penalty and also hotel can ask for check out in the last time like 12 if room is already booked for next guest which will come at 14. also if there was refrigerator would be great but as I said in general hotel and staff were great.

The room and balcony are not very clean.

Helpful staff and good location. The staff helped us very much. Close to parks, sea and city centre.

A heavy smell in the dark corridor probably coming from kitchen. Bathroom door not closing properly and very close to bed. Furniture, bathroom accessories and actually the whole building needs to be renewed. Internet connection is not so good. Key cards had some problems. Breakfast was so poor that we did not want to go in the second morning. I get really sad when I see these kind of places which have big potential but not managed well. A historical building in city centre with a big potential if rooms are refurbished and managed well.
