The house was beautifully maintained, just like the garden. Very spacious and quiet surroundings.

Perfectly located, just minutes away from Pisa downtown, Podere Magnolia provides piece and privacy to its guests. Even though it's so close to town, there's absolutely no outside noise - you'll be waking up with birds chirping and enjoying your morning coffe under the Tuscan sun. The host Jon will make sure you have everything you need, going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The owner Pietro will share his extended knowledge about wine, local festivals, and all the sites to visit within the area. We would recommend Podere Magnolia for all kinds of vacations/holidays. You want to spend your days at one of the local beaches - you can. If you're more interested in exploring Tuscany's rich history - Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, and many more are just 30-90 minutes away by car. Wine tasting tours - tons of options all around you, with Pietro providing expert recommendations to maximize your experience. Our stay was "only" 10 days, but honestly even a whole month wouldn't be enough to see and explore everything this area has to offer. Hopefully we'll be back again at this lovely place.

The villa was incredible, lots of solitude, the host and the caretaker were incredible. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who asked.

The bus system for the city was not as reliable as it could of been. But the host was able to pick us up or take us somewhere if he saw us walking and was extremely helpful to us.

Znakomita lokalizacja dla osób ceniących spokój w niebanalnym otoczeniu. Klimatyczny dom oferujący historyczny sznyt oraz toskańską sielankę. Genialne miejsce do odpoczynku, jednocześnie świetna baza wypadowa do eksplorowania uroków regionu.
