Set amid rolling sunflower fields, halfway between the historic charm of Lucca and the sparkling beaches of Versilia, this exclusive villa is designed for those who seek beauty, comfort, and unforgettable moments—especially at sunset, when the landscape turns to gold.

Recently renovated to the highest standards, Villa Bubi welcomes you into elegant, light-filled spaces defined by bespoke furnishings and state-of-the-art design. The villa features five luxurious master bedrooms, each with its own exquisitely finished bathroom, offering privacy, serenity, and indulgent comfort for every guest.

Life at Villa Bubi flows effortlessly between indoors and outdoors. Spend your days by the private swimming pool, relaxing on luxury outdoor furniture while the countryside stretches endlessly around you. The panoramic terrace and shaded veranda are perfect for long aperitivi, candlelit dinners, or simply watching the sun sink behind the fields—sunsets here are not just seen, but felt.

For moments of play and connection, the villa offers a stylish billiard room and a rare treat: an original 1990s arcade video game console, bringing a nostalgic touch of fun to evenings at home.

Perfectly located, Villa Bubi allows you to enjoy the best of Tuscany with ease. In just 5 to 20 minutes, you can reach the sandy beaches of Viareggio, Vecchiano, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, and Forte dei Marmi.
