Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa

great staff. Clean room. Good location. Gorgeous view from the rooftop

We stayed at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa for two nights and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, very clean, well maintained, and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It was such a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after exploring Sapa. The breakfast each morning was also a highlight — lots of delicious food and a great way to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The front desk team were incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They gave us some great recommendations for things to see and do around Sapa and were always happy to help. They even went above and beyond to help us when we found ourselves in a bit of a desperate situation, which we really appreciated. Their English was excellent and communication was very easy throughout our stay. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay with fantastic mountain views, delicious breakfast and genuinely helpful staff, we would definitely recommend Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. We would happily stay here again!

Personally, I feel the bed could have been a bit softer. But if you like a nice firm bed, its great

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, delicious food, and a very good location. We would especially like to mention *Ruby*, who helped us with every question we had, recommended great restaurants, and helped us plan our itinerary for each day. She was kind, friendly, and professional, and was always available to answer our questions on WhatsApp, even outside of her working hours. She definitely made our experience much better and more enjoyable.
