Location, friendly staff, clean room, breakfast is good, dinner is good too, but little price compared to local food price, but that I think is a hotel status too.

Beautiful property that takes you back in time to opulent 1920’s. Everything was perfect. Great location, right next to the Sapa station.

Loved the French vintage colonial décor. The staff were excellent. The indoor pool was great. The fitness area was unfortunately way too small for the size of the hotel! It needed to bigger with a few more essential equipments. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel because of its location and charm.
