The location was perfect, right next to the cathedral, which is the main meeting point for many excursions. The rooms were comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were absolutely amazing , very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful

Location was perfect and the breakfast was really good.
The lock on the balcony door didn't seem to open and close properly and the wifi connection in my room was weak

The location is right on the center, five steps from fansipan. Couldn’t be better.
I understand that the hotel is in Sa’pa village and far from serving serving international breakfast, however I suggest if the could look into having more varieties of the spread, taking into consideration the rising volume of tourists from all around the world
