We were 6 people staying here for 1 week. Great house, lovely garden and quiet area. The house was clean and had all the amenities. Fantastic great pool with spa that you could relax in after a long day in Los Angeles. We can highly recommend this place. Greets from Norway

Beautiful, relaxing, well-equipped, a perfect home away from home in an absolutely gorgeous neighborhood. The backyard was fantastic.

The owners of this house put me in the middle of a war with their neighbors. The rules for my booking stated15 guests could be present during the day, which I never surpassed - there was no mention in the listing about not being able to park on the public street around the house. Their neighbors continually called the owners and left notes on our car asking us to move them. No matter where we moved them within the entire neighborhood, we got notes or people at the front door complaining. It got to the point that neighbors were threatening to damage our cars if we left them in front of their house. Then they called the cops, which they do regularly, because we had nowhere else to put the cars. The owners made us leave the house a day early because the neighbors were calling them and the cops constantly saying we were parked in front of their house and having a party. What are 15 people going to do together that isn't a party? Were we supposed to whisper? Even when we were evicted a day early, we still left the house spotless. We eventually talked to the neighbors where we basically concluded that the owners were the reason for all the frustration. Owners had told the neighbors there was an 8 person limit at the house, and then we showed them the sign posted inside the house noting the 15 person limit and they were all furious. Additionally, there are cameras all over the front of the house, over the front door, garage, and side gate so that they can watch you from every angle - this wasn't noted anywhere when I booked the rental and I felt like I was being monitored the entire weekend. There is no cell phone service at the house so the only method of communication with the outside world , including the owners, is via the wifi (also not mentioned). No one told me where the modem was - when we accidentally unplugged it to charge a phone when we went to bed, the owners panicked since they lost their ability to watch us. When we woke up and plugged it in, I had multiple texts from them on vrbo and WhatsApp saying that their security cameras were down and to call them immediately. I called them to be scolded for making a simple mistake, and to reset their cameras. Then the owner talked to me for 10 minutes about how much trouble the neighbors give them and their renters. If I knew about this ahead of time, I would have found another place. It was absolutely horrible. I left the house shaking and crying from the stress of the entire stay.

my family and i had an amazing vacation in this home, it is the perfect location to malls and restaurants and many other things! the home had everything we needed and veronica and jeff are just 2 amazing people!!!
