Room was well appointed & very clean. Irene was a wonderful host, we enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools. Location was sensational, walk to everything in Fira, 1 min walk to supermarket & bus station. Perfect!

Bed was too soft. I didn't like the wood surround on it either it's a knee knocker & takes up too much room. The bed felt like it had sunk in the middle. We both tossed & turned all night trying to get comfortable. Also only black coffee facilities, no tea or milk even. No brealfast facilities, no ice box or ice on site.

A brilliant stay - from incredibly helpful check in info when I was arriving late and after the office had shut, to providing local recommendations and regularly checking in on my stay. I basically had the place to myself. A big room for such a central location and amazingly comfortable bed. Great facilities inside the room and out with two pools as well! Thank you!

Beautiful modern hotel. Everything looked new. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and the manager Irene was exceptionally helpful with everything we needed. She truly made us feel like we were at home!

Rooms could have been slightly larger.

Perfect hotel for rest and enjoyment in Santorini. The hotel is located a minute's walk from the Caldera, a few minutes to the bus station and 2-3 minutes to the center of Thira. The hotel, where every detail is taken care of, offers you 11 rooms and whichever you choose - you are in the right place. There is also our dear Irene, the heart of this beautiful hotel and the front office manager, who will welcome you with a smile on her face and help you in everything. Another praise goes to the owner of the hotel - such a pleasant, quiet and kind person, who loves Santorini and wants his guests to feel comfortable and safe, without crowds and without noise. We were his guests and at another facility - Hotel Aroma, with a beautiful view of the sleeping Caldera. We left with beautiful memories and because of them we will return to Uma Ray. And let's not forget, many thanks to the facility management. See you next year. P.S. They also have a hairdryer, and you don't have to bring your own shampoo, shower gel, and lotion - they have the perfect products. P.P.S. They also serve drinks by the pool.
