I liked the check in which was smooth and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel is in a very good location, very near the town. The pool looked good too, but we didn't get to enjoy it as we were only there for 1 night.

We had to leave early for the ferry the next morning so could not have breakfast. We requested a breakfast box which was provided for us. However, the breakfast box included an apple, a sandwich with cheese and a slice of cold meat, butter pots but no wooden knife to use to put on the dry bread, juice and a bottle of water. For what we paid for the 1 night, this so called breakfast box was a very sad affair.

L’hotel gode di un’ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro e comodissimo anche per la fermata del bus. Le piscine sono molto ben curate e confortevoli, perfette per rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo e piacevole. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione a buffet, molto ricca e con un’ampia scelta. Nel complesso, un soggiorno rilassante e assolutamente consigliato!

Location was walkable, especially if using the bus Had some issues with the Internet initially, but the staff was amazing and fixed it right away The breakfast was outstanding as was the outdoor Jacuzzi before our family.

The hotel itself is nice, and the ladies at the front desk were always kind and helpful. However, my experience with the owner was extremely negative, and I feel it’s important for future guests to be aware of what happened.

My experience at this property was extremely upsetting and nothing like what I expected when I booked. I reserved two rooms for three nights, paying $2,438 in total. One of the rooms — the one-bedroom suite for two adults and two children — cost around $1,100 alone when I booked it. This was the room we specifically wanted. However, as soon as we landed, I received a message saying that the room would not be available until later that night. This was last‑minute notice, but I agreed to wait for the room we had paid for. In the meantime, they placed us in a very small temporary room. When we returned from dinner, we were told the room still wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be available until the next day. I asked politely for a similar room or an upgrade, since the temporary room was cramped and uncomfortable, but they claimed they had no other options. The next morning, they told us the room would be ready at 5 PM. We returned at that time, only to be told again that it would not be ready. At this point, the hotel was nearly empty, so I asked how it was possible that no rooms were available. The front desk said they would contact the owner. When I asked to speak with him directly, they told me he was not on the property. After speaking with him, the staff offered us a cabana room — smaller and without the jacuzzi we originally booked — but at least more spacious than the temporary room. I accepted it. Then they brought me a letter to sign stating that I would give them a 10/10 review on Booking.com in exchange for the room and for waiving the cost of a bottle of Moscato I had ordered. I refused. It was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. The next morning, the owner approached me in a confrontational and aggressive manner. He repeatedly spoke over me and accused me of “threatening” to leave a bad review, which never happened. All I had said to the staff was that I didn’t feel comfortable giving a perfect score because of the issues we experienced.
