Eautiful setting with raspberries to pick right outside our door. The host, Steven, was so gracious. We asked in advance about the possibility of dinner since we were traveling by bike and he provided a feast.
Our room did not have a place to hand clothes.

The room/bungalow was cozy and private.
There was an abundance of fruit flies. Even though the room was clean.

We did not expect such a large, well-fitted room--more of an apartment with kitchen facilities--or such a comfortable layout. But the real surprise was the inn and its surroundings. East access from Hudson but a real farmhouse experience. Our room overlooked arbors and rows of growing summer vegetables. We were just looking for a convenient overnight stay, but once we settled in, we wished we coulld have spent a week, just hanging out in the pleasant surroundings.
The bathroom is a bit cramped, but it goes with the old-fashioned charm of the place.
