"Mandie's" ha un grazioso cortile tropicale con piscina e vasca idromassaggio, barbecue a gas, tavolo e sedie e zone relax al sole o all'ombra. L'ampio pergolato in legno è il luogo che vorrai trascorrere ogni sera con la sua confortevole area lounge esterna completa di un camino a gas in vetro scheggiato, TV da 42 pollici e impianto stereo con altoparlanti Bluetooth. Siamo orgogliosi di offrire questa casa recentemente ristrutturata come la più recente aggiunta alla lista di case vacanze di San Diego scelta da noi. È una casa unifamiliare con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha aria condizionata centralizzata (raro nella zona della spiaggia di San Diego!) ed è in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale sulle colline sopra Pacific Beach, vicino a Kate Sessions Park.
La casa è arretrata rispetto alla strada con un cortile recintato erboso dove bambini e cani possono tranquillamente giocare. Entra nell'ampio soggiorno aperto con un soffitto a volta in legno e comodi posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia. Guarda film, TV o divertiti con la tua squadra di sport preferita sulla TV a schermo piatto da 65 pollici (HBO, canali premium e biglietto Directv NFL Sunday e Red Zone.) L'ampio divano a forma di U che può ospitare comodamente 8 ha anche un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso memory foam aggiornato. Direttamente fuori dal soggiorno è la zona pranzo con posti a sedere per sei. Un camino a gas in vetro scheggiato dona un bagliore allegro a tutta la stanza.
La sala da pranzo conduce nella cucina completamente attrezzata dove ogni chef di casa sarà felice di cucinare. Ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici inox di fascia alta e una dispensa.

The outdoor areas of this house are fantastic! The hot tub was amazing, and we used the fire pit area, hot tub, and grill during our stay almost every night. The location is in a nice residential area, and since we had a rental car the distance to activities was reasonable. There isn't much within an easy walk, so maybe not great for those looking to explore on foot. The house itself was adequate and had potential to be great. Surfaces and linens are clean, but house could use a deep clean (grout, inside cabinets, windows, doors, etc.). There was an "old house" smell in some areas, and when we pulled back the curtains on the patio door to let some light into the master bedroom to see if it helped the smell, there was quite a bit of mildew on the door grids and glass. It is well stocked for cooking, eating, and plenty of pool towels, but there are not a lot of extra bathroom towels (no big deal because there is a washer/dryer). We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 (one extra roll for two bathrooms, plus partials on the holder). This is managed by a rental company, and much of their communication is by phone so if you aren't a phone call person - fair warning! They require a phone call along with a rental agreement, photo id, selfie in order to book - then called two to three other times for check-in and check-out information which was also texted and emailed. No big deal, but I HATE talking on the phone so it was a bit much. Overall, a fine stay and we enjoyed the amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at this property to celebrate my 40th birthday! Adorable neighborhood in a great location, the property was clean and true to the photos, the pool and spa were both lovely. When we accidentally blew a fuse after running 1 too many hair dryers, they were fantastic about helping us get everything back up and running. Our only (tiny!) gripe was that we were 4 gals desperately searching for a full-length mirror. 😝 Other than that one minor nitpick, this property was a fantastic place to spend a week in sunny San Diego. Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit SD. Thanks!

Love the home, backyard/pool area and location. We had four adults and this space fit us perfectly. Definitely recommend for families. Nancy’s vacation rentals were extremely communicative from the start.

Great property, super clean, and great communication with hosts. The pool was great for our little kids, and the house was well stocked with pool toys and floaties. They had water wings for infants. Would stay here again!

This was my wife and I's 20th wedding anniversary getaway. Our first time to So Cal was an epic experience thanks to this property. The hot tub was perfect every morning. Very relaxing. Everything was perfect. We will be back.

The property was immaculate inside and out. This home is comfortable and relaxing for both kids and adults. The pool and outdoor space was ideal to return to after a day out exploring. The location cannot be beat! The property managers were easy to work with and have every detail covered.

Great location! Super Cozy home with a fabulous backyard. Hot tub and pool was great to enjoy when we returned from our adventures from the day. We did pay extra for heated pool. We’ll worth it! Only thing I’d recommend they have is a full length mirror. Lol! Us ladies need to see what we look like. And would be perfect if we had recommendations from the host for local restaurants and beaches, etc. But everything was wonderful!! Checkout process was pretty easy too. Which I appreciated. :) Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay with our adult children and spouses. We came to an event nearby and this suited our needs well. We also were able to visit the dog beach and a few dog parks which made it enjoyable for our sweet pup as well! Pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in and watching football with a beer in hand made it a 10 for the hubs!

The house was exactly what we needed and wanted. Three bedrooms with at least queen-sized beds as there were 3 couples in our party. We also wanted a pool so we didn't have to go to the beach every day. Amazing location for everything we wanted to do: restaurants and sports bars, shops and stores, close enough to downtown San Diego to do the touristy things. Honestly, we spent every morning on the patio drinking coffee, and every evening in the hot tub which was perfect. Most vacations end and I feel ready to go home, I would have been more than happy to spend a few more days. I would love to come back! Highly recommend!

Great little home in a good location. All the amenities we needed. The pool was fantastic, along with the outdoor cooking space.
Only negative was the inability to see the sea world fireworks as the add claimed.

We had an amazing stay here. The house was so cute and clean…had everything you could need as far as kitchen, linens, beach stuff, pool toys, bikes, etc. The pool and hot tub were especially welcome after a day at the beach or out exploring. Very much worth the extra fee to heat the pool. Hot tub heats up quickly. Location is great! Close to Mission Bay, Mission Beach (tho La Jolla Shores was our favorite and only a short drive away). There’s a fun park with a great view within walking distance to the house, grocery store within biking distance, lots of restaurants close by. Check in and check out were easy and good communication throughout the week. Stay here, you won’t want to leave.

Got away for a long girls weekend. Nice quiet area and close enough to the beach for a walk. Pool and hot tub were great. Only thing I would say is the place needs a full length mirror.🤣 No other complaints. Would definitely and will go back ❤️. This place is great for girls weekends and small families

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property and owner are! From the first day to the last it was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed on a vacation. Fantastic location, clean, wonderful entertaining area out back and inside! The best part is how responsive the owner as well as the Nancy’s Vacation Rental were. Every question was answered extremely promptly. They went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this North Pacific Beach property. It is ideally located to get to most of San Diego's attractions. The property itself is nicely appointed with the pool, spa and outdoor grilling and dining space. There were plenty of supplies to begin our visit with cleaning supplies, soaps and shampoos, coffee filters, spices etc. The instructions for entry and use of tvs etc. were easy to understand. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plentiful.
We found the rental company responsive and easy to deal with. When Christmas Eve and Christmas Day brought the surprise of a short-lived neighborhood power outage, the property owner stopped by to reset the pool heating equipment and make sure everything was alright.
We would definitely stay here again!!

The pool and the hot tub are the crown jewels of this property. It also has AC which is a huge plus during the hot summers. We would stay here again. Wish the Ac unit was located behind the house and not next to the bedroom window it gets noisy. Lots of outdoor space and garage with washer dryer and beach essentials. Quiet side street and neighborhood. The only thing I would change/fix are the squeaky mattress bases/pads- Especially on the bunk beds.

Everything was as described and communication with property management company was no problem. They checked in twice to make sure everything was good.
Plenty of space for our family as well as some of our daughter’s Marine friends to pop in and visit and hang out with us.
We will definitely come back when we can. Maybe post deployment.

We came to visit our son for Christmas and had a great time in San Diego and utilizing the house. Plenty of room for 6, in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and spa were perfect!!
