Breakfast was really good. I am a professional cleaner and the room and over all facility felt clean. Front desk very professional and friendly. Cable in the room. Location was close to everything. Quiet and not overly busy.

I made a mistake at breakfast. I wasnt looking at the walls for signs I was looking down at my food and toasted a croissant when the sign said not to. At first the lady was nice about it but then another lady walked in while the other lady was cleaning the toaster and openly started talking about how I used the toaster for a croissant loud enough for me to hear them and how they wouldn't even do that at home and continued to talk about it in reference to me. My husband had to tell them to stop talking about it. It was very unprofessional and it really tainted my experience. Tub was very shallow to the point you couldn't have a bath and if you did you would be barely covered in water. I require a firm mattress due to back problems so although the bed was very comfy it was very soft and I was sore after 2 nights.

I really didn’t lime the $50 deposit on top of my night’s stay. Then having explained it would be taken off my card in 3-5 days was very disappointing. I woukd question staying again if my money is not returned promptly.

our two queen bedded room needed a standard light and table in the corner by the lounger plus each bed needed it’s own reading light not a double one with only one switch

No GFI plug at the pool and the cover was left open for Children to access. One pillow had to be changed as it smelled like dry pee. The room was booked for 3 adults but only had towels for 2. Otherwise everything else was great.

Breakfast was really good, even more compared to last year's.

I love the hotel and I can mention three things: 1. the pool: the water is warm and kids love it. We can also use it until late. 2. the breakfast: last year the COVID restriction made the experience not so good but this year with a normal buffet the breakfast was very good 3. the lobby area where we can spend time with friends after the beach. We always order some pizza.

Two suggestions: 1. increase the gym area, maybe include some bars and weights. 2. include some kind of cheese in the breakfast.
