it was my second time staying here and it’s the second time I’ve hadn’t been able to use the pool/spa because I was too busy. it’s very nice and it’s easy to get to.

The location for this hotel is amazing because you are in the heart of the downtown area. We found the hotel staff courteous and helpful. It is absolutely spotless. This is our second time here and will return when in Sarnia. It is the best Sarnia has. We have tried all the other ones.

The hotel is beautiful, but not what you would expect for the price. This is an old building that was remodelled and the rooms are quite small. The beds are not super comfy. Also, the HVAC system is old, and it continuously blows on you all night and is loud. There is a fabulous restaurant downstairs, but no choice for breakfast. Only a small selection on a tiny buffet.

Our dining experience was amazing.

The bedroom floor did not appear to have been washed. Not up to thr hotels standards.

The location was perfect and it was easily accessible to get to my business meetings. Definitely worth another stay

The gym was the best l have seen at a hotel. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Sauna was nice for two people.

All of the pillows were the same. It would have been nice to have a soft one.

priced a little high for sarnia and definitely not soundproof doors - you could hear everything out in the hallway and in the bathroom.

Awaken in the middle of the night by loud noise from other rooms; hair conditioner was not pumping out from the bottle, defective pump or needs replenishment??? Pillows were not comfy for me (hard and high)

The staff was amazing! Anything we needed, they were alway happy to help. Allowed us to check in early, and room was nice. It was steps away from the river, a restaurant with great food (bad dog), and also steps away from a cool little museum (stones and bones). I would definitely stay again!
