Convenient & nice accommodations

A standard Best Western visit, and clean. Hitan was accommodating as much as he could with the Damage Deposit issue I'm mentioning.
There was no deposit damage mentioned in the booking and there was supposed to be a 100$ damage deposit. Hitan was able to drop it to 50$ as I was not informed.

There was no breakfast, no microwave in room , no coffee maker, 1 bar of soap ,
Would of been nice to have a coffee maker in room , the air conditioning unit was really noisy , was hard to sleep , did mention it to hotel staff didn’t seem too concerned about it
