Awesome location and beautiful apartment.
There isn’t aircon in all of the rooms so it can be too hot to sleep.

Excellent location, public transport availability, restaurants availability, WiFi, clean, enough toilets and bathrooms for 5 persons, air conditioning in two rooms, quick and polite communication, felt luxurious -> would definitely visit again.
Apartment door double locking system is complicated and it feels strange you are not able to get out e.g. in an emergency without 2 keys. Waste/garbage sorting instructions could be available.

The "worst" thing was a little worse wifi reception in the further rooms.

the unit needs to be finished off in little ways, Tiling in toilet, toilet in main bathroom was running.

entrance area is filthy and communal area on way up to apartment is not maintained at all.

Beautiful and modern apartment in the city center. Waking distance from everything. Very impressed with the coffee machine and all other amenities. The Sauna and jacuzzi bath in particular was a great treat. Staff were very friendly and attended to any needs promptly. We felt very secure and safe. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Budapest !

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. The host was a pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing and everything we asked for was catered for. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

great location, lovely apartment with great facilities and even a sauna! lovely communication from the owner.

The location was ideal, apartment is walkable to local attractions and very central. Nice 3 bedroom modern apartment, don’t be put off by communal hallway. Facilities were very good including nice equipped kitchen area.
The double bed in the front room was really so squeaky, couldn’t turn over without waking partner up. It seems to the base of the bed not the mattress itself.

The disposition of apartment
The building and its entrance hallway is very old and not maintained, which could be improved.
The main bedroom is facing very busy street so it can get very noisy especially in the night due to its location,

The apartment was clean and accommodating with all of its facilities up to par. 👌🏻 The host was also super friendly and showed us to everything we needed. Would definitely consider another stay.

most of the thinks were fine and met our expectations. no one waited for us and the instructions werent understandable. we were trying to open the door for over 30 minutes. I was traveling with my family and it wasn't nice situation mainly for the kids

The blanket was dirty , No Shower Gel or a shampoo .
The instruction about the Wifi are not correct , i for wi-fi info directly from the router .

Everything was perfect ! The appartment was new, very well equipped and nice decoration ,
Location fantastic,150 m from metro station and near attractions! The property managing company was very good at responding and helping us with every detail ! We reccomend this appartment , price and quality are matched 100% !
