AluaSoul Mallorca Resort - Adults only

Fantastic location with direct access to Cala Egos beach, perfect for swimming in the sea daily. Great pools and wellness area with sauna and steem room (not so popular during our stay which improved the experience as it felt private), and the nightly entertainment with music and dance was a real surprise, enjoyed every night. Staff were always kind and quick to help. Room was a bit average compared to the rest of the facilities (I’d prefer fully enclosed toilet instead of the stylish glass door), but we barely spent time in it. Food was good overall, though more vegetarian protein options (even simple tofu) would help. Plenty of options for food and drinks. Would happily return.

The tv channel selection is very limited, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying the facilities to watch TV anyway. A modern smart TV would be nicer too so you could cast your own content in the rare downtime moments. (On the plus side, I appreciate them not throwing out perfectly working outdated TVs!)

Now our third time visiting. It really is a great hotel. The team really looked after us as always. The junior suite was fantastic, the food and drink were great. We are sad to have left and cannot wait to return. Special thanks to Maru and Marga at reception for making our stay extra special.

The location and the staff are what makes this property. They all try their best to make your stay enjoyable.

The property can use little upgrades here and there. The water coming out the sink and shower is very salty.

We enjoyed the breakfast and music at the pool area.

The water in room (sink & shower) were salty which was not pleasant. The elevators were slow. And difficult to get a seat by the pool as most chairs were taken very early in the morning.
