Conveniently located to the train station and the gondola.
The bed felt stiff. Some of the molding at the base of the bathroom door was damaged and should be replaced.

The facilities including the gym and indoor pool were excellent. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The location is convenient, near the train station.
The breakfast does not have much variety in hot foods. It is just scrambled eggs, bacon and some vegetable.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
The room was tired and outdated. There was only one outlet in the room by the beds, aside from the bathroom. This was pretty inconvenient when it came to charging devices to be ready the following day. Granted we were in an economy room (comfort economy) but it was really tiny. Breakfast wasnt great and we had to ask for a number of items such as coffee cups to be replenished. It appeared to be understaffed.
