Very impressive mix of history and modern facilities. Restaurant was a real highlight as we massively enjoyed the meal.
Due to staffing we were unable to book a treatment in the spa which was disappointing.

Megan & Clare went above & beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Check in was fraught and we wanted some bubbles but the bar was v busy but they spent time to get us what we wanted.
Food was v good room, super comfortable, easy EV charging, location great,
Reception seemed very understaffed from 3 pm to 4.30 when we finally got checked in thru were working v hard but needed more help.
Oddly the bubbles were orders were a different price to the menu.

Crewe Hall is beautiful, clean rooms and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. The bars in the hotel were relaxed and comforting, the restaurant served a delicious evening meal and breakfast 😋 would definitely stay again!
