We liked the location. Close to town centre. Walked everywhere for most of out stay. Still quite even though near main road.
The breakfast was good. Lots of choice and chef would cook fresh on request. However not much option for Decaff coffee.
The lovely huge king size beds weren't very comfy. Quite lumpy and hard and pillows too soft. The lifts mechanism was a bit weird.

Location, bed comfortable breakfast was good.
Having to pay for parking. If they are going to charge customers, perhaps over a cheaper rate. Too many inconsiderate people, banging doors at night also talking loudly in the corridors late at night.

The welcome from Jack on Reception.
Nice bathroom.
Good breakfast.
Layout of the bedroom, on top floor. Felt very enclosed, due to eaves. Very dark room.
Broken window blind. Cobwebs around lights and corner of window sills. Stained quilt.
Checking out, receptionist was non interacting, did not ask how our stay was, or even said goodbye.
Would not say this was 4*
Paid £182 with breakfast for the night. Not value for money
