Lovely, spacious room with a small fridge as an added bonus. Free car parking and a great location for all of Bowness' facilities
All good

Room 7 at the Latimer House is a lovely, spacious room with a modern bathroom, mini fridge, kettle and private terrace - very well appointed. Located in the center of the main street it is close to shops and restaurants. Several city buses run by allowing you to tour all of the lake villages on the east side; to walk to the car/passenger/bike ferry to cross the lake rather than endure long boat cruises. No on-site staff, but responsive when sent message. The room is so comfortable with a sitting area, terrace, comfy bed that you may decide to just stay there on a rainy afternoon - we did! Worth the splurge in price to have such a nice place to come home to after seeing the sites.
Probably would like to have known that we were going to have some maid service - surprised to get fresh towels on day 2.
