So close to centre of Bowness right in the heart of all the pubs and shops.

Great location for exploring the area. Parking close by and range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
The room was clean and breakfast options good however the room is in need of updating especially the en-suite.

Perfect location for what we needed in the lakes
Rooms need modernising - poor quality

Breakfast was fine. The room was large and good location.
No parking, the rooms at the front are very noisy because they’re very close to the Road no double glazing.

"Everything, location, staff, room, service. The bed was super comfortable, the room is very big and there’s plenty of light. Very cute and clean"
