Excellent location and easy access to the beach

Decor looks a bit dated but acceptable and clean

I loved my suite. Bed so comfortable. Loved the decor. Liked having Gideon Bible in my suite. Breakfast was amazing. Staff always friendly and helpful. The evening meals i had were exceptional. Friendly atmosphere. Beautiful views. Bus stop right outside. Great location for touring round Jersey.

There was nothing I didn't like

The view was absolutely stunning with the outside terrace overlooking the bay. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Lights which stayed on until 11 pm on the terrace and came into our room. Blinds not adequate for light or privacy.

The new feature of this hotel, are the stunning views of the beach. You just cannot beat it.

In the evening the bar staff are also the waiting on staff. I chosen not to eat the hotel each night due to having plans, so when I attended the bar I would often find myself waiting for 10/15 minutes before a staff member would even see me, and usually that was because I would have to walk off and find a staff member in the restaurant which doesn’t over look the bar area. There is no way a member of staff can see you waiting at the bar. They need a bell or to actually check the bar every minute or so to prevent this happening. On speaking to other residents, they had the same issue.
