Hotel Miniature Istanbul

Location: very good Breakfast: good, but coffee is just diluted american coffee, every thing else has to be paid. No orange juice. Same good salami for the 4 days, without other choice. Eggs are quite good, prepared on ordering. Special changing preparations for daily warm ''patisserie'': pancake, vegetable mille feuille... Bread: the same, ordinary white bread, without the turkish bread ( simit..) or croissants, but it can be toasted..

Room: unfortunately' room booked via booking.com, where requests for city view, upper flloor and bathtub were asked, and there was a reply as to ''your request has been approved''. Upon our arrival: no city view, 1st floor, and no bathtub. The answer from manager is '' that answer is not from us''(??). Pictures of the rooms seem very roomy, but this is the second time that we come back, and again, we are striked by the difference between pictures and the reality. Why the second time: because of that sentence '' your request has been approved''... Broken promise without even an excuse, just a very sad answer: your type of room in our whole hotel does not have bathtub or city view, and that approval of your request was written by some one else, boong.com probably ( coming from the manager, it's simply impossible to understand!) Also: there are stairs to get into the hotel, we arrived at 10 PM: nobody to help to bring the luggage to get into the hotel, because there is only a lady at the reception who simply just said that she can not help for that.

Amazing stay! Centrally located, really into people and make it a better experience to everyone. They are service providers and always willing to help.

The bathroom door

Dall'hotel si possono raggiungere anche a piedi quasi tutti i punti di interesse, eventualmente la linea tram T1 (che ferma in tutto il centro storico) è a distanza di 100 mt. La stanza non era molto grande ma molto curata e pulita come anche il bagno, colazione più che soddisfacente e abbondante. Personale davvero cordiale e disponibile.

Location is very central and the Haus by itself is very charming. Breakfast is nice (not too much not) the staff was very friendly

The bed was uncomfortable, the shower had dark mold spots and was really small. The room was OK but a bit small and not very clean. (dust in the corners.)
