Leone Blu Suites | UNA Esperienze

Its location, the staff.

The tv at bottom of bed. Totally unnecessary. Such a gorgeous room with beautiful chandelier and wooden ceiling. Put it on a trolley to wheel out if guest requests. The room is so lovely and it is so ugly.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind! We couldn’t find the entrance so someone came out to find us. We also were not leaving Florence until a few hours after checkout and they held our bags without any problems and gave us time to get water and relax before calling our taxi for us! The breakfast food was delicious and a true Italian experience. The main sitting areas were gorgeous- this is not your average hotel, it’s even better, the rooms were perfect! All of the staff was truly amazing, including the house and breakfast staff! Would recommend this space to an anyone. Thank you to all!

Location and staff were excellent.

Rooms are dated and in poor condition. Mould in the shower, broken handles. The walls are paper thin and we were kept up every night by the neighbouring rooms. Main floor entrance smelled like sewage.
