Despite reserving two rooms, neither was ready at the designated check-in time of 3pm. Additionally, the non-smoking room I had requested was filled with a strong smoke smell, making it difficult to breathe. When I brought these issues to the attention of your customer service staff, I was met with disbelief and resistance. After persistent complaints, I requested the assistance of a concierge to confirm the presence of the smoke smell. Only then was I offered a room change, but on different level. After complaints again and again, the staff finally offered the room just next door.

The location and its room is clean and nice. Service is a bit deteriorating and I believe the staff are too busy and not enough of staffing.

I loved everything about our stay at the Wynn Palace. Service, hospitality, and attentiveness was present and at a high quality. We were offered early check in around 12pm but for a lower level room, so we decided to wait until our regular check in time, but the staff were very kind and helpful during our stay.

There wasn't any streaming services available, and we were only able to watch a limited of channels that we liked so it did encourage us to not stay in our room for a long period of time, but other than that we loved everything about our stay!
