Excellent location with gorgeous views of the Chapel Bridge. Large, spacious apartment with room for four.
Cigar/cigarillo smoke from the staff on breaks from the restaurant downstairs permeates the building and stairwell, was foul.

- the view from the room was beautiful!
- beds were so comfy
- would have been good to have a few of the essentials like salt/pepper/oil to cook with.
- a few extra pillows would have been nice to have too.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lucerne and very convenient for exploring the city on foot. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment is well soundproofed, so outside noise was easy to block out. We also enjoyed the nice views from the apartment.
For longer stays, the apartment could use a few additional amenities, especially in the kitchen for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Having laundry facilities would also make longer stays more convenient.

Location
Was COMPLETELY inappropriate for four adults, unless polyamours. No water, no cream for coffee. No tea. No washcloths. One cup. Take out trash when you leave or be charged CHF 150. Free laundry two floors away but no laundry soap.
