I liked the location and ambience of the apartments. The responsiveness of staff was excellent in the event I needed extra service. For example, in the night it was very cold, I asked for an extra duve/beddings, it was delivered within no time

I liked the spacious room, the available faciliies, the staff and the meals including location.
The coordination between the staff was somehow not smooth. One says this and another says that. Secondly the bathroom didn't have shower gel on the first night and we were told it was out of stock. Thirdly the room had so much mosquitoes on the first night and we requested for the reppellant of which were told would be provided. only for us to come back at 11.pm and non was provided... we would have bought one ourself. Anyway doom was later provided.

Location, facilities and friendly staff
The restaurant food could be a lot better, the variety and the quality.
The restaurant, bar and pool area lack ambience… some music and a bit “ more “ would help

The room was big.
The property itself I felt like the maintenance could have a little bit more improvement.. our hallway light was out.. So fine in our room at night time was pretty difficult. There is no AC.
Rooftop bar was closed. I waited over an hour for my steak dinner. I will never stay here again!
