Excellent service and attendance to all requests. I had an issue outside of hotel premises but the hotel stepped in to assist me including financial expenses. The hotel too the issue in their hands

I was allowed a check out at 1 pm. Appreciated! Shower pressure good.
No wash cloth/ tv difficult to operate/. Bed was comfy but they joined two twins so there was a bump.

The main reason for booking this hotel is that it is close to several Embassies. We had an appointment at an embassy and wanted to be sure to be on time.
The traffic on Uhuru Highway can be very congested, even at unexpected times, so in order to be sure to be on time for appointments it is preferable to stay on the west side of Uhuru Highway.
The dinner we had was well prepared and tasty.
I am old and afraid to fall in the shower. There were no rails or handles to hold on to and one wall and door are made of glass which I am always afraid of breaking. A shower stool would have been helpful.
What I absolutely do not like is that the toilet/shower has a window to the sleeping area. So when travelling with a partner the sleeping area gets light even when the toilet door is closed.

One of us have a little balcony. Can stand there to enjoy the ambience and breeze. The manager was so nice to recommend us to take Uber to 2 Rivers Mall which we spent a whole afternoon.
No facilities except a gym. We had dinner on the day of arrival. The soup was too salty and the steak was overdone despite that we request for medium rare. However, it was the same in other restaurants. Seems that there is no concept of medium rare where we went
