Dunivaig B&B

Very friendly hosts and the house has a fantastic view out to loch Fyne. The breakfast was filling as we had the porridge (too much to finish!) and there was also a good selection of cereals and fresh fruit. We stayed two nights here, and on the final night we stayed in the Turret room. This is a very cosy room, however note that this is not en-suite, as the bathroom is downstairs. This was not a major issue and the hosts also supplied nice bath robes for us. Highly recommended B&B if you are travelling in the area, and very close to the Kennacraig ferry terminal if you are heading to Islay (about 10 minutes in the car).

Nothing. Just one point, the house is on a hill, so if you have large suitcases you will need to pull them up a slight incline, but the path is very good. Also, be careful when you are parking as there is not much space at the side of the road. There is a designated parking area, but I recommend one person steps outside and tells the driver when they are approaching the edge, as the land immediately drops down to the loch.

Peter and Louise were wonderful welcoming hosts, the breakfast was delicious, fantastic views of the loch from the room which was very comfortable.

Wonderful view. Breakfast was really good. Host very attentive. Nothing to Much trouble.

Parking was a problem. But was not a factor in reality.

Beautiful immaculate room and facilities. This is our 4th stay at Dunivaig and would recommend to anyone.
