THE BOTHY SUITE BY TEMPLE WOOD

Perfect location for our visit to the area.

We dos not realize from the photos that there was no living room area. It turned out fine, but expected an area to connect and unwind.

The soundproofing from upstairs was not very good. Could hear walking about and talking from upstairs

The location is excellent and the genral Kilmartin area exceptionally beautiful (knew this from previous visits). Location information was very useful and accurate. Parking was OK.

The information provided via Booking.com gave the impression that it was an annexe to the main house: in fact it is a basement beneath it. The description of the accommodation as a 'suite' is misleading: there are two small and dark bedrooms and a very small bathroom. The corridor in between is hardly big enough to sit in: it is simply a corridor/entrance hall. The 'suite' is noisy with the sounds of walking of the owners and family walking around in the rooms above, plus chairs scraping, and loud conversation that comes down a stairwell from the upstairs with only a thin door at the foot of t he internal stairs.
