Andersen Boutique Hotel

Location and size

Small rooms and doors without a seal. Noise and light came through

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a sofa, a large wet room, clean hotel, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a vast array of foods to choose from. A lovely relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Close to the central station. We liked it because it was a little bit out of the centre of Copenhagen but, not too far that you couldn’t walk everywhere. Fun idea of being encouraged to use the stairs so that you earned a sweetie or a biscuit, we traded a room service for a gift and also contributed a few rows of knitting for the scarf for homeless project. The glass of wine between 5-6pm was much appreciated after long days exploring.

The location was great and convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food.

The room was extremely small, and so was the bathroom. The bathroom felt outdated, there was almost no space to put our belongings, and the shower was not very comfortable to use.

Location is very good. A stone’s throw from Copenhagen Central Station and metro, hence extremely convenient to move around.

Rooms were excruciatingly small. Water pressure was bad. Service staff were cold. It’s almost like a self-service hotel - we arrived early and couldn’t check in yet, and we were directed to store our luggage on our own at the basement. Subsequently, we had to retrieve the luggage on our own to go to our room. And we paid a lot for one night.
