The location the very kind staff. The fireplace in the room that they light up at night

Exceptional overall experience. We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.

The location was so close to everything across the street from central station , very speedy access to airport . Decor in and out lovely , beautiful flowers everywhere . tranquil treatment rooms in the Spa. but the staff were by far the best part of the hotel , friendly , funny and helpful

Stunning hotel, very magical at this time of year. Room was beautiful with lots of little touches. Great facilities all round. Breakfast was great. Staff are absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately during our stay Tivoli Gardens were closed, this was disappointing but didn’t spoil our visit.

Exceptional hotel and service nothing is to much trouble, quite rooms with comfortable beds close to all amenities.
The trip was a birthday surprise and part of it was to visit Tivoli hence booking this hotel, on arrival we were informed the gardens were closed for changeover to Christmas however, we were not informed of this even when speaking to the hotel before booking.

everything was fantastic. amazing food, fantastic cocktails, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, great location and the spa and wellness facilities were beautiful, had the most enjoyable massage.

The hotel facade is from the Tivoli side. However no exit from the hotel to the Tivoli exists. Opening Times of the SPA much too short

Great interior decoration and very friendly staff
As it‘s directly next to Tivoli and Central station it can be a little louder. Rooms are pretty well soundproofed though

Everything was beyond exceptional, the venue, the location, the staff, the upper standing service and style, the facilities are breathtaking and the breakfast is from another world.
