Excellent location on the waterfront. Didn't need to use public transport for our 4 day stay. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Attractive decor throughout. Helpful staff.
End of the bed was too close to the wall. Had to shuffle around it, and at one corner there was a shelf at a height that can catch people unawares.
Bathroom was functional but there didn't seem to be any air extraction so after showering mirrors were misted up. More hanging pegs for coats and towels would've been good.

The location was perfect. Easy walking access to all of the sites. We had a waterfront view. Which we really appreciated. The room was small but clean. Breakfast was delicious
We didn’t understand why the trolleys of bed linen were kept along the landing area. This spoilt the wonderful architectural features of the building which we are certain the architect wanted to be enjoyed by guests.

Interesting renovated building with great location on waterfront-near Amelianborg palace. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff.
Big event during our stay, which was noisy & a bit disruptive. Staff tried to accommodate the hotel guests, but wish they would have forewarned us.

The breakfast was too expensive, the room was nice, not huge, not much space to hang up clothes but ok, the bed was too soft, the bathroom was good, nothing special as one would dream this iconic hotel would have.
They did not clean the room till after 4pm and kept saying they will get to it. For a hotel that is so iconic and has so many fabulous reviews, it did not match expectations. The window was tiny, hardly any light.
