The cleaness of the bathroom sink and the bad condition of the Showgrößen cabin was scarry. The floor of the bathroom and the carpet of the room, are not More Contemporary and unhygienical.

Location is excellent, rooms were good, and the breakfast is excellent - very diverse with a lot of options.

The parking is not hotel's own, but a public garage. During our stay, there was an event in the city which prevented us from using the parking on the day we were leaving, so we had to find alternatives that were not so close. It would be good if we were informed of this situation up front, not on the day of our arrival. The accommodation was quite nice, except the beds that were too soft for our liking - it felt like it is easy to fall out of bed :)

Nice view in front over looking the street. Very nice breakfast. The location was just a block from Nyhavn where many restaurants and pubs are. Trip Advisor tour picked up right from the hotel.

We took the metro directly from the Airport ($8) and it was a little challanging rolling our suitcases over the cobblestones but doable. There was only one attendant at the front desk so most times you had to wait as they were busy for checking in and out or questions.

rooms are too small even for Copenhagen's standards, and the whole facility was not comfortable.

I missed beveridges and some snacks in the fridge in the room.

The location is prime and the surrounding is exquisite. The breakfast is good too with enough variety. The staff is also generally friendly and warm.

The rooms should have options for brighter lights as well, as suggested last time as well. The staff at the reception should be a little more flexible to accommodate special requests like extending cut off time etc.

The location is very central downtown, the rooms are convenient, beds are good, staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is great!

You need to specially tell that you want your room to be cleaned (which is fine in itself!), but staff upon check-in did not inform us about this strategy; pillows are very small; we had some request to the front desk staff that was never followed-up.

The hotel was very nicely laid out with inviting reception and bar and breakfast facilities, staff were helpful and room was just right. I had a nice view out the front through the opening doors,

The TV only had 12 channels and none of them were English speaking, normally when I travel we at least get BBC World News or something.

Location- great for walking around the area and seeing wonderful architecture. Breakfast- wonderful choices and delicious. Room- comfortable and effective. Staff- very helpful. Quiet and comfortable hotel.

Location was excellent Bus stop just outside the door and just around the corner from the restaurants along the canal Balcony/ terrace had lovely views

The TV channels They were restricted, basically had bbc news repeating itself every 15mins It would be nice to have more channels

- Great location - Some nice homemade things for breakfast - Clean - Easy check-in and out

- No sound proofing of the rooms, hearing really loud banging doors of other guests, people talking in the corridor until late at night and from 6 am resulting in very little sleep, even with ear plugs. And I asked for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper, at the time of reservation. Which I was told could not be guaranteed. This is by far the most important thing in a hotel for me these days (good sleep that is), and it just doesn’t deliver, unfortunately. - Shower not working properly and bed not comfortable, too soft, duvet very plastichy feeling. - Very warm in the room and no way to regulate it as the heating comes from heated floor in the bathroom and no switch I could find for it anywhere.

Standard was too old compared to similar hoteles.

The staff were great I extended a business trip for a personal weekend and they helped ensure everything went smoothly. They also helped by giving recommendations for specialty stores when I had a last minute change that required a specific wardrobe.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable however the decor is looking a bit well worn and in need of replacement

Excellent location - near Nyhavn, walking distance to little mermaid and metro station Friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Alot of selection. Location is perfect. Not even a 5 minute walk from the centre.
