The location was not in the city center, but this was something that we were informed from the beginning. There was a metro line quite close to the hotel, which provided convenient transportation throughout our stay. There was also a direct connection from/to Copenhagen Airport via bus 5C.
The location was generally very pleasant, with the hotel situated right next to a beautiful park and lake, from where you could visit, within a walking distance, the area of Freetown Christiania.
Additionally, at check-in, the friendly staff of the reception gave us a room on the top (26th) floor of the hotel, which offered a nice view of the surrounding area.

Helpful staff in our circumstances. Our upgraded room had a fantastic view over the city.
It was a lengthy walk to the city centre.
