It is clean and modern

Not a true 5 star hotel. For a 5 star hotel, I would expect porters helping you with the luggage at the door. The location is good but takes you around 10-15 mins walk to the city centre. Bathroom should be bigger.

NH Collection Hotel was in perfect location for tourists. We disembarked and it was a short 15 minute drive to hotel. It’s a beautiful lobby and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. They stored our luggage as we came in at 10:30 am and check in is 3 pm . However we were very happy we chose the breakfast with our room as we enjoyed their extremely delicious breakfast for the 2 days we stayed.The room ( King Bed ) was smaller than usual in Canada but very nice and quiet. The bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower. There is soaps etc provided. The concierge and front staff all help with any questions about where the bus stop is or restaurants that would suit your style.You can walk to Nyhavn from hotel but it’s a good 30 minutes. You can walk to the canal area in 5 minutes . There is a nice rooftop patios with food available to order and drinks. The restaurant breakfast is definitely worth adding to your room rate as it’s very delicious food and something for everyone. We had our first night meal there too as we were tired and didn’t want to go out. The steak was delicious as everything we ordered. The waitresses were very friendly and gave us a good tip on a local Italian restaurant just outside the fountain circle.

There wasnt anything that we did like.

Breakfast was exceptional. We loved the Rooftop bar with the beautiful vistas and the lovely hostesses.

We loved the concierge service lady. She directed us to a wonderful lunch spot that we would have never found.

Amazing location and the size of the room for money was great. Also the room was very quiet, despite being next to the busy street. We never heard any other guests either.

The room was dirty in many places and even after we showed pictures of dirt on multiple surfaces, the staff only cleaned maybe 20% of tht.
