Mandarava Resort and Spa, Karon Beach

Very private & quiet. Staff were quick to attend to you & speak good English. All facilities were good although we had some issues with water pressure & wifi.

Not much. Just wished that the water pressure in our villa was better.

Beautiful lush green tropical plants, everything beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views. Many swimming pools to choose from. Everything was clean. Breakfast was exceptional.

The boy slight down side is that the immediate restaurants closest to the hotel were not great, no problem for us as we had a scooter we so easy to travel, and you could always get a grab or taxi to more central Karon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed and mattress were excellent. The sheets and towels were always very clean and everything was well maintained. The resort is quite large, but the buggy service made getting around very easy. Whenever we called, they came quickly, and they were also very helpful with our luggage. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were only a few small things that could be improved. The TV in the room worked fine, but it felt a little outdated. It would be great to have a newer smart TV with easy iPhone screen mirroring, without needing to install an app or go through a complicated setup. We also had a nice bathtub, and it would have been great to have a small bath tray where you could put a drink or other things. Also, it would be nice if at least one of the pools, especially the one near the breakfast area, stayed open until around 9 pm so guests could enjoy it a little longer.

I think the property was amazing I came with my dad last week for a few days , the front desk was very very nice , breakfasts was great it was super peaceful highly recommend , only issue was sometimes I’d feel the people that drove us around to our rooms and etc were not too happy which I understand cuz I worked in the hospitality business but that be the only thing and it was minor nothing too crazy

I like pretty much everything the construction wasn’t fun but it was ok
