Horrible layout in the rooms, in our room the wc was less than 1m away from the bed separated only by a glass which is half tinted.

The service and 1st look of the hotel and rooms are good. The breakfast is nice with quite a few options.

As mentioned in a couple of comments it is loud due to the location. On Friday night there was music from a close by night club until 5 am. Even though the windows of our senior suite can filter normal noise well the music and bass were just too loud. Moreover I want to mention that the cleanliness and overall condition of the bathroom were quite bad.

We spent 3 days in this really great hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the main shopping street and about 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square. A thoroughly lovingly designed hotel, rather a home. Our room was the King Suite, 7 meters of stucco decorated space with a brilliant bed, a free standing bathtub, a great integrated living space with great seating and wonderful views on every side overlooking the main shopping street. And yet absolutely quiet with the windows closed. But what we also really liked was the wonderful, unobtrusive service from the staff-they take care of all your wishes from the heart and read them off your eyes. Here we would like to mention especially Berut, Jubin, Turgay, Nihat and Samet, but all the others were of course also incredibly cordial. The breakfast was not overloaded, but offered everything your heart desires. We felt much more comfortable than in the other big luxury hotels. We will always come back and can recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this wonderful city.

I booked the senior suite it was very spacious and the staff were amazing special thanks to Emre and Berut who made our stay special. The warm welcoming drinks and early check in made us feel home. Finally the location is perfect it’s in the middle of Istiklal street.

Didn't like that I can't bring any 1 up to stay 1 or 2 hr and if I want they must late me pay for him

very modern and inspiring room, well equipoed, bed super comfy, appreciated a lor the big botte of complementary water, and even more the Nespresso coffee! at breakfast great selection, only 'observation' espresso coffee tasted at breakfast like coffee powder - so better to think It in the room!

Excellent location, in the heart of Beyoglu on Istiklal, the main high street, within easy walk of good restaurants and cafes and live music. Very comfortable room, friendly staff, best breakfast buffet ever!

Very cool vibe, but sometimes a little too cool for its own good (could have done without the space age kettles and curvaceous taps).

It was beyond our dreams.. the hotel is like an Art gallery, every spot is amazing. The stuff was very supportive, every thing we ever asked they was there. Allways with a hugh smile and with willing to help. The breakfast was very good, even make us omlet every morning and cappucino. I will come back to this hotel whenever i will be in Istanbul. They worth every dollar and more.

this is my 2nd time I stay at this super stylish hotel. unfortunately I got cough, Lady from breakfast zone was super friendly, she offered me ginger lemon tee. one midnight I had to turn to the emergency doctor, Ali and Selam at reception were really empathetic and kind, they helped me with hospital and taxi. thank you!

Very helpful stuff, always kind, reception suggest to us free upgrade (because of genius booking customer), breakfast with options, super spot if you want to walk all day at Taxim Square.

Very small and slow elevator, up to 2 person at most The toilet door made of glass wich doesn't allow any privacy in the room The room wasn't sound proof, and had almost no isolation from the nearby street and the club wich is located just in front the hotel The lights in the shower didn't work, and they didn't fix it, even although we ask them several times

Fantastic location. The hotel is modern and querkey. The staff could not do more to accommodate us.Will definitely stay there again!

The bathroom could have had a better design.We had to go through the shower to get to the toilet, and the shower floor was slippery when wet.

the toilet are not clean , the air condition is not working , we called them 5 times and it still didn’t work . we woke up at night 5 times every night because we has hot !!! the travel agency did mistake in the reservation and they didn’t helped us to change it . they told us to send email to the company and that all and it was after 3 days that i warning about it ! they really don’t know what is customer service and i will not coming back again to this hotel !

It was stylish on brand boutique hotel super conveniently located in the heart of Istanbul - Istiklal Caddesi. It was easy to get to almost any significant attractions from this location. The staff at the reception were very friendly, polite and accommodating. Getting to the airport in the early AM took roughly 35-40 mins.

I can't think of anything I disliked, really.
