We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well maintained. Very delicious breakfast.Great location and a lovely overall experience. We would happily stay here again!

First room economy double was tiny, but we were moving to a larger room for rest of stay so was manageable for one night. Could do with a bit of a revamp

The hotel offered to change our room after we complained, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the alternative room had a bad smell, so it was not really an improvement. There were some positive points: the staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, and because we had a very early flight on our last day, they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us, which we appreciated. Overall, the staff were helpful, but the room quality, cleanliness and amenities did not match what we expected from a Superior King Room or what was shown in the Booking photos. The biggest disappointment was receiving a room that did not resemble the room we had actually booked.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering that we booked and paid for a Superior King Room. The room we received looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking. It felt more like a lower-category budget room, which was very disappointing. We also found dirty socks in the wardrobe, and the bedsheet was stained in several places. The sheet was replaced after we reported it, but these issues should not have been present in the first place. We also had no bathrobes in the room. The sink was located inside the bedroom rather than in a separate bathroom, and the sink button was difficult to operate. The minibar was almost completely empty, with only two bottles of water. There was no coffee or tea, and the coffee machine was faulty — sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, and water leaked from it when we tried to use it.
