Casa Di Bava Suites by TCH

We stayed in the penthouse suite which is large and roomy. The large terrace has a dining table as well as a coffee table with comfortable seating. It provides spectacular views of the city and is the perfect place to eat meals and to relax. The apartment itself is roomy, well equipped and very comfortable. We self catered and the kitchen has all the facilities that we required. Our host deserves special praise for the friendly and attentive service that he provided and the help with our bags and organizing transport to and from the airport. The taxi pickup service to the airport works well.

This is a lively part of Beyoglu with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops and there is a certain level of street noise as a result.

Comfy beds, very quiet side of the building

The balcony had an amazing view of Istanbul. Although we were in a buzzy nightlife area the soundproofing was amazing and we never had any trouble sleeping. Perfect location near trams, buses and shops.

Just a few glitches with doors, the shower, air con. Nothing major and the manager always responded quickly and helpfully. It doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel - but you're not paying those prices!

The host was excellent and very attentive to any questions we had. The location was good. The room was as described. Had all the facilities you need such as dishwasher and a washing machine.

Wifi wasn't great. A few issues with the bathroom (Taps & Hot Water) but they were attended to promptly, Floors were a little unclean. Please note the windows are not double-glazed, so very noisy at night. Nothing that can't be fixed with a little more attention to detail.
