The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The rooms were not furnished well, and the property was falling apart. The photos on Booking.com are not at all indicative of the actual property status. The kitchen area was poorly equipped and the fridge was not working. The location of the property is very far from the center of Ubud.

The rooms are perfect, beds, sheets and pillows are hotel std. It's nice to have the pool to ourselves and once we lock up the main gate we have the privacy, space and comfort to enjoy the place. Every room has a good view of the paddy fields. Staff are very responsive, if you have any questions you can what's app them

Kitchen could be a bit cleaner. It is quite well equipped but the pots all don't have lids Bathroom water pressure is not constant. Not sure if that's due to the water supply The aircon in the rooms may need servicing or may be a bit small for the room size.
