Good location, easy parking , fridge feeezer

Extremely hot rooms with no ventilation, no warning about being unable to sleep with the optional AC unfriendly owner;

Very comfortable beds and pillows, nice spacious and clean room with big tv. Easy to get to. Perfect for our short stay before an early morning flight. Didn't have a chance to use the terrace but it looked lovely.

Some info was not communicated and I was woken up with a demand to know where the air conditioning money (€6) was (no one told me I had to pay it BEFORE so I had assumed it was at checkout). Also it's self check-in yet I was accused of arriving 30 mins later than I actually did for some unknown reason (which would have incurred extra cost). If you stay here I suggest messaging as soon as you arrive so there is documented evidence; it unfortunately ended quite upsettingly and I lost an important hour of sleep I needed. Note also its a shared bathroom so while it was all very clean, they can't control dirtiness left by other guests (and the sink was quite disgusting).

Paying for airconditioning outside of booking.com sucks. I was especially unhappy because I had already made clear I wanted air conditioning before arrival, but the host had hidden the remote control for it. The room was an absolute oven and it was extremely hard to sleep in a 30 degrees + room. The host replied slowly, a bit rude and only in the middle of the night, hours after I sent my question. Also, it seems like everything is about money. She has a list of house rules and it feels like breathing in a wrong manner is enough to land you a “fine”. Finally, the listing on Booking.com mentions 24/7 reception but I have not seen anyone during our stay. There is no reception, unlike what the booking.com listing says. Paying a €10 fee for arriving after 00:00 despite it being self check-in is also ridiculous.

We liked the location, the property & the free parking nearby.

Staff was very rude & she just walked into our room without knocking at the door & without asking for our permission first & demanded that we should leave immediately because it was just 5 mins pass 11 am, & even though she could see that we had almost finished packing & just about ready to leave. We understood that she had to get the room ready for the next customer but her rudeness & bad manners were totally unacceptable.

No sound insulation in the room. Very noisy guests at 2 AM, 3 AM, 7 AM... breaking my sleep. You can hear everything in the house, loudly. The rooms are very old, need a complete refurbishment with special attention to noise insulation. You cannot fit 6 rooms in such a small old house and disregard the noise insulation factor! I expected more and overall feel I did not get enough for my money. Overpriced. Won´t stay again.

Perfect accomodation when u just need a nights sleep before a flight! Shared bathroom was very clean en nice. Patricia and her dog Lola were very welcoming!

I stayed at this location one time earlier. Everything was OK then and i gave a good review. This time around people rummaging in the house at all times of the night. Neighbours saying this place is known for such activities. Drinking, partying non stop is not so comforting when im not 19 years any longer.. Will not come back after this time.. and what i heard.
