Very spacious and super nice pool area with terrace in Tuscany style. Large and nicely furnished rooms. Safe and guarded neighborhood. 15 minutes by car into the Center of Hua Hin 3 bedrooms

Electricity is being charged with more than double the price per unit of the real costs in Thailand, which can lead to additional costs between 100 - 300 EUR per week depending on how much the Air Condition is used (Remark: w/o air condition the temperatures within the villa stay between 30-40 °C, so that it is practically impossible to spend time inside and sleep without). It would be more honest to charge these costs as part of the general price instead of hiding the information in sub menues. We found out about these additional costs after booking, which was then not-cancellable anymore and it remained completely unclear, how much extra we would have to pay. While the interior furnitures look nice, a few of them are already quite outworn (especially the couch in the living room). Kitchen equipment lacks quite a few necessary tools. Upon departure the custodian arrived more than 30 minutes later than agreed for the check out.

Not a lot as the electricity bill killed any positives I might have had.

The pool was not cleaned during our stay and I am not sure what was in it but it discoloured our swim wear. I was charged over 5000 baht for electricity for 5 days, my sister in law lives in Bangkok and her electricity bill is 1500 baht for a month, given the price for rental it is a highly excessive charge.

Spacious villa and wonderful backyard with pool. I like that they allow pets!!!

The villa was not ready when we arrived. Phone number given was voicemail only. Called numerous times but didn’t get a response. Didn’t get into the villa until after 6pm and we arrived at 2pm. The house manager said they were not informed by booking.com.
