Property was close to nissi beach, which is beautiful, close walking distance to a few shops and restaurants, not to far from bus stop to catch a ride to napa strip and only €1.50 each way, pool guy came about 6am so we didn’t need to keep out the way. Owner very quick to respond to any quarries and very friendly:)

Lovely villa but Property needs a little work, as a bit tired, bath needs replacing, tiles coming off pool and a few sharp edges, didn’t like the wood around pool as tripped up on a few loose boards and some screws protruding, wood to dark and got extremely hot during the day, also the black blinds in the bedrooms attracted the heat, so rooms were stifling. most of the villas are holiday let’s, whilst most people enjoyed themselves and had fun, a few people made a real racket, loud shouting, singing and music day and night, and the reason I booked a villa and not a hotel was to not have the above! I think if there was an information folder in the villa, it would make finding things more simple eg, where supermarkets are, where the buses run from and a time table, maybe a few leaflets on local attractions, and I think a welcome pack with essentials eg, milk, butter, bread & water would go a long way especially for people who have been travelling a long time.

I like the location and the privacy of thw apartment. Michael is very helpful and available every time.

The kitchen is awful equipped, and the beds are uncomfortable.

Fantastic location - 5 minutes walking distance (with a 7-years old child) from the amazing Nissi beach. There are a lot of different cafes and shops nearby. Facilities are in a good condition and match the photos. We enjoyed time in clean swimming pool (maintenance was done twice a week and was enough) and shady, green backyard. The villa is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including washing machine and dishwasher, good big fridge, microwave, and big stove with an oven. There is enough space for parking and gas station in 1 minute driving distance, so it is convenient for drivers. The host is very responsive and always available and ready to help. He advised good car rent service and was ready to organize transfer or anything else that we need. We really enjoyed time on this villa.

Some facilities could require reconstruction, e.g. flooring on the first floor, that was a bit inflated so we were not able to close a door in a room. Wallpapers require some updates. Beds could loose some rails in the night. Pans should be updated as they have traces of using by tourists.

Great location- just one block from wonderful Nissi beach! There was a parking, pool and yard with orange and lemon trees. Kitchen was a bit small, but it had a dishwasher and there was a grill outside. Every room has air condition and winter blankets were also provided. Also host provided us a baby cot. Check-in was very easy and host was always available.

Everything was working, except there was a problem with hot water in rainy day, but this was fixed.

Great position, 5 minutes walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. In the evening cooking a bbq and relaxing by the pool is simply priceless. Andreas as homeowner was simply always available for us and supplied the house of everything you could need. We will come back.

Fantastic villa which is perfectly positioned if you are visiting for a wedding at nissi beach. Just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and shops. The villa itself was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Having our own private pool was amazing, even in October out of season the beach was still quite crowded. The barbecue is equipped with everything you need and we made good use of that. Due to Thomas Cook going bankrupt we had to arrange new flights last minute, the only way we could still make the trip was if we could stay an extra night. Andreas was very understanding and allowed us to stay another night free of charge! He was helpful from the first minute to the last and we couldn't fault the service. We will definitely be coming back in future. Thanks for having us.
