Location perfect, 1-minute walking from the Plaza Mayor square, markets just around the corner. The staff is great. Overall, great place ideal for shorts stays.
Everything was ok

Location. Can’t beat it. Quick walk to Plaza Mayor, next to the train. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
First room had some critters running around the floor. Quickly went to the front desk and the nice girl there promptly responded to my request to be moved to another room. The attendant was EXCELLENT. She even went up the new room with me to verify everything was ok. New room was ok, but no hot water in shower.

We stayed at the B&B Plaza Mayor Hotel for 4 nights and it was a great experience. The position of the Hotel is perfect, literally 3 minutes away from the city centre and surrounded by all the necessary services (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy).
The Hotel was nice, clean and ecofriendly, which is a plus nowadays. My favourite thing was the coffee corner, a space where you could eat. They said that breakfast was not included but here you could actually find cookies, beverages and water refill. Moreover each morning they gave you free pastries! I highly recommend to choose it for your permanence.
I don't have negative complains.
