The hotel has a fairytale welcoming staff eversince a guest opens the front door. We were amazed by the waiters, recepsionist who took a great care of us, including our two children. The food is outstanding, I believe that the hotel should be awarded with Michelin stars for the dinner it serves. It is modern, yet kept the authenticity of the building. The room was spacious, spa was nice and the dinning area was lovely. We loved everything about this hotel.

I wish there were seperated shampoo, conditioner, body gels and not altogether in a bottle (it wasn’t bad, just a suggestion).

The property, staff, and gluten free options were all great.

The limited sauna hours. That was my one and only issue but it had a big affect on my stay.

Definitely a 5 stars, great hospitality. I do feel enjoy throughout my stay, a plus for facilities can accessed after checkout. also with great price, food and staff!

Some small little things like the toilet hanger too small that couldn’t hang a towel (it will slip off).

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and everyone speaks multiple languages because they are amazing. The views, spa, pool, dinner, breakfast was all fantastic.

We loved the location, food, amenities and the pool. the staff were exceptional with a special mention to Petra and Dri and the reception team.

Great rooftop infinity pool with view of the Dolomites. Stunning. Excellent Breakfast and Dinner. Again the food was excellent.

The food was simply spectacular! Really, excellent, and also all the waiters were superb. Very large room and bathroom, tastefully designed. Overall the entire hotel is very detail-oriented. Backpack for hiking and bag for spa provided in rooms. Free parking.

Super super crowded dining area - the next table was closer to you than the person at your own table. For a place of this caliber, would expect a less hectic/crowded dining experience. Also, it is not ski-in ski-out - cross country skiiing is right next to the hotel, while for downhill skiing you need to take their shuttle, which only goes 3 times in the morning and afternoon (and the last one is an hour before lifts even close). Many of the amenities (Nespresso machines etc) are for the most expensive room types only.

for a 1200€, 3 night stay, (2 adults & a 3 year old), I was expecting a more impressive room.

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating and all the facilities were beautifully maintained and clean.

Dinner was exquisit Fitness / yoga & stretching, and outdoor sports offer is excellent

Possibly the best hotel I've ever we stayed in! Everything was absolutely top notch. The food was all delicious including an amazing 5 course dinner menu (a bargain at €35), and an incredible breakfast buffet. The room we stayed in had a gorgeous view over the mountain pastures and was immaculate, cosy, and luxurious all at once. The spa facilities are excellent including an outdoor jacuzzi with mountain views. All of this would warrant a five star review, but this is before mentioning the staff. This is a family run hotel (whilst having all the luxurious trappings of a five star hotel) and they go above and beyond and I have never felt more looked after. The reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The owner Alexander is the warmest friendliest person ever, who is so passionate about his work and is genuinely happy to have you staying in his hotel. We felt very special staying there and when we inevitably return to the Dolomites, we will 100% be returning to Hotel Monika.

Far too expensive. Check out at 10:30am is too early, check in 3pm is too late. Despite the above experience it’s a clean facility.
