Staff were friendly. Location was good. Room was tidy and clean. It was more expensive on the one night than the other two put together but I guess that’s supply and demand!
First room was near a busy road and I had to ask to change. There were bits of the bathroom which were slightly dirty, around the shower sealant. It was more expensive on the one night than the other two put together but I guess that’s supply and demand!

Very little to like about the room
A small, cramped room. ( 116) Have stayed on multiple occasions in a Holiday Inn 'Standard' room, but none were as dingy and cramped as this one. This was in a corner of the corridor, and this space should perhaps not at all be used as a room. I asked for an extra luggage rack, but it wasn't provided. Breakfast was satisfactory. No bananas and substandard products like the baked beans. Perhaps ok in cheaper hotels , not expected from Holiday Inn.

Amazing staff, great facility
Food could have been better, but that’s only a personal preference. Everything else was amazing and the staff were so friendly.

Location
The room was cold and old fashioned. A 4star hotel with shower curtains is very out of date and not very comfortable for guests
